You’re probable not very familiar with the ins and outs of Ukraine. For our Dutch, German, Swedish and Indian colleagues this was also an unknown area. Now that we are working together, things are clearer. Let me share this with you too.

Ukraine was part of the USSR and didn’t exist as a separate country.  Now it’s the biggest country of Europe in size and 47 million people live in this country. What me and my partners did know, was that Ukraine has a huge potential for nearshore outsourcing from Western Europe. I want to describe Ukraine’s history and culture shortly in this article, because I think it is interesting for our (prospective) customers to get a feeling of the country. Then I will describe the attractions of Ukraine as an outsourcing destination and show Bridge’s office in Odessa. (more…)
