At the beginning of this article I would like to introduce a small country Moldova, located in Eastern Europe between Ukraine and Romania.

From 1940-1991 – Moldova was a part of exUSSR. In 1970 – Moldova has received significant allocation from the budget of the exUSSR to develop scientific facilities, schools and universities. Many of the qualified specialists from different parts of the exUSSR focused on developing the Moldovan industry. During the 80′s Moldova has been accumulating an impressive scientific force. In 1991 Moldova became an independent country and started its own new economic life.

Today Moldova has an attractive economy where the IT industry takes one of the most important parts and is very interesting for investments, because the government of Moldova has created very favorable conditions for local IT companies. (more…)
